Professional development and re-equipping of military snipers

The Dzhmila Charitable Foundation cooperates with the Alpha Bravo sniper club to improve the skills of military snipers. As part of this project, we send the guys to the Alpha Bravo training centre, where they undergo additional training.

As a result of this training, we identify shortcomings in the unit and equip it with rifles, scopes, bipods, silencers and other necessary sniper equipment at the expense of the Foundation.
As part of this project, the 108th TRO Brigade has already been trained and re-equipped. Savage Elite Precision 110 rifles in 338 calibre, Zero Compromise scopes, Ase Ultra silencers and much more were purchased for the guys.

Ensuring professionalism and legendary fighters in this area is the key to the success of the entire military team in the complex and extreme conditions of the combat environment. The tactical training we organise for our soldiers involves mastering tactical techniques and strategies aimed at successfully completing tasks in a combat environment. This includes teamwork, exploring the territory, understanding the principles of camouflage and security. Sniper training is aimed at developing high-precision shooting skills and ensuring invisibility on the battlefield. Snipers are trained in the use of heavy and light weapons, including modern sniper rifles, optical sights and other equipment. In addition, they learn techniques of reconnaissance, distance determination and target identification. To achieve these goals, we organise training trips and sniping courses together with our partner Alfa-Bravo Shooting and Sports Complex, led by Oleksandr Baranenko, who is the best in the business and a multiple sniping champion. As part of the tactical and sniper training programme, we also provide the soldiers with rifles, ammunition and equipment.
